Special Logo   No          Yes
Excel's logos are UL Registered for specific technology classifications and associated flammability ratings.  Our standard logo will be applied, when practical, unless instructed otherwise.
Preferred Logo Side We try to place the logo on the PCB bottom foil side ("solder side") etched in copper in an area isolated from other features as far away as practical.  If there is no "good" location, we may opt to place the logo on either: (A) solder-side mask (B) solder-side silk/legend (C) top/component side foil (D) top side mask, or (E) top side silk/legend. If you allow an alternate choice other than your preferred layer, please indicate so.

if "other", specify:

W="week"; M="month"; Y="year"; Example: WWYY results in 4-digit code where WW is a number from 01 to 52 and YY is last 2 digits of the current year i.e. '05'.  The result would appear as (ex): 0105 for the first week of year 2005.

Global Specifications / Special documents provided  No           Yes   If you are providing special requirement documentation, or have provided such in the past, please indicate.

This section will be referenced by our CAM/Engineering Department as a guide to reduce delays in the event discrepancies are found in data you provide.

If dimensioned data conflicts with Gerber drawn board outline, cut-outs, or slot locations:
If conflicts are found between fab. drawing hole size/count/plating info and n.c. drill file and/or other hole specification data ("readme", etc.) doc's:
If hole features are specified as "Non-plated" but pierce copper on top or bottom layer(s):
If plated detail on top side of PCB differs from area on bottom side of PCB by more than 30%:
If design has card edge connector(s) [a.k.a. "fingers"] gold-plated or otherwise, and fab. drawing is not provided OR chamfering is NOT specified:
If tight-pitch (=<.020") surface mounts are present and .004" (4 mil) dam can not be retained after minimum mask swell:
If Gerber data is provided with some non-drilled features that do NOT have mask clearances (fiducials, etc.):
Please indicate any additional preferences not addressed above:
