checks are built-in to evey phase of the production cycle. Critical measurements are
taken by manufacturing personal using a sophisticated array of automated and
manually operated instrumentation. |

comprehensive in-house laboratory with extensive analytical capabilities for our plating
chemistry and finished product analysis. Regular process testing is performed to
assure superior quality, so as to consistently exceed IPC standards and customer
specifications.

Our lab capabilities include:

testing
X-ray analysis
Microphotographic cross
sectioning
Atomic Absorption Spectrometry

In addition, we perform cross-sectional analysis and provide full
reports and images to fulfill customer's requests.
This service is also
available for customers not ordering PCB's from Excel, but who need cross-sectional
analysis for their end-customers.

reporting to satisfy customer & industry requirements on a regular basis.
Recognizing the importance of continuous improvement, we are committed to achieving
TS16949 compliance.

Accreditation

Excel Electrocircuit is
compliant to many accreditation bureaus. All of our products comply with UL America and UL
Canada, and include qualification to UL 94V-0 class. Our achievements include IPC-A-600 at all three class
levels and the Automotive Electronics 1000 hour Thermal Cycle Stress Test. |
