CRITERIA: Use this form if you have ordered this PCB from us before and there are no design / revision changes required.

For NEW part number orders, please use one of the other forms.

 CRITERIA: Use for double-sided & single-sided PCB Construction; all material types including  FR-4 & CEM family's, HASL finish ONLY, standard  masks & legends (silk screen), V-score or rout separation (arrays /sub-panel/ "palletized" OK), with or without electrical testing.

For Mixed part numbers in same array or group or Multilayer construction, and  all other constructions, please use our "Standard & Advanced" form.

 CRITERIA: Use for ANY technology including: ALL layer counts including blind/buried via multilayer, Special materials (Teflon, Neltec, metal-backed, etc.), controlled impedance; carbon ink; special finishes, special / selective / mixed plating requirements, larger than 17x23",  special lay-ups (mixed part number in arrays, groups, same panel), etc.
